| Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Prepaid orders placed by mail, large quantities, or custom orders may take longer. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless a prior request was made. Orders placed online will be shipped via UPS Ground ONLY. Please call in your order if you would like alternate shipping methods or wish to provide a foreign shipping address. Sorry, no COD's. | NET 30 days. We accept most credit cards via our online payment system. We cannot process credit cards over the phone. We accept company checks and money orders via mail. To have an open account you must first have your credit approved. Recognized agencies, departments, and municipalities generally receive NET 30 terms automatically. Distributors and reseller shops may be required to submit credit references. Purchase order numbers are required. Large orders or other special circumstances may require up front payment. | |

Fleet Radio Products, LLC sells this product with the understanding that the user will perform all necessary tests to determine the suitability of this product for the user’s intended application. Fleet Radio Products, LLC warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. Upon prompt notification of any warranted defect, Fleet Radio Products, LLC. will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a new unit, or refund the full purchase price. Proof of purchase may be required. Misuse or unauthorized modification of the product without the consent of Fleet Radio Products, LLC. will void all warranties.
